SOME NOTES
- There is a female and male version :-
- Female version – while moving hands away from chest imagine hands feeling and moving through some good quality of which you would
like to have more; while moving hands towards chest imagine they are gathering and bringing to your chest the good quality.
- Male version – while moving hands away from chest imagine hands pushing against world to create more space for “me”;
while moving hands towards chest imagine hands feeling and enjoying the extra space you have made available to yourself.
- Benefits/effects include: energising and warming (activates the abdominal area), absorbing and calming movements
(that require and develop concentration, leaving little room for disturbing thoughts or distractions) and improve micro-circulation
of many joints and muscles (by virtue of the smooth and gentle movements).
